Frequently Asked Questions

We provide service within a 7-mile radius from Darien High School.  This covers all of Darien and parts of Greenwich, Stamford, Norwalk, and New Canaan.

We provide pet sitting via flexible drop-in visits with availability ranging from early morning (~6am) to bedtime (~11pm).  We do not stay overnight in your home.

No!  If you have a hybrid work schedule or need to periodically travel for work, we try to work around your scheduling needs!  

There are 2 options:  (1) you can set-up an automatic weekly schedule and/or (2) you can submit requests for services as needed.  The automatic schedule guarantees I’m holding a time slot for you, but I do ask for at least 24-hour advanced notice if your schedule changes.

To best meet your pet's needs and preferred timeslot, we do recommend scheduling in advance whenever possible.

Walks are scheduled per household.  Households with multiple dogs can schedule a group walk for their household’s dogs.  

Note:  We do assess each dog‘s energy level, behavior, and health when a group walk is requested to ensure a group walk will be a positive experience for all dogs.  For example:  Pairing a senior dog with a puppy may cause undue stress on the senior dog.

Note:  Regularly reoccurring week-day appointments are NOT subject to the holiday fee, even if they happen to fall on a holiday.  

We do not offer boarding services at this time.  We currently have 2 frail, senior dogs; so, maintaining a calm home environment is best for their health.  

Yes!  If you refer a new client, please ask them to mention you by name. After their first completed service, you’ll earn a $20 credit on your account to use towards a future service for your own pet.  There are no limitations to the number of referral credits you can earn.
